At StitchPop, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 3โ€“7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer. You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment. We occasionally offer free shipping on promotional orders โ€” check our website or social media for updates.


4. Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners, unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, courier issues, etc.) may occur. StitchPop is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Weโ€™ll investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. International Shipping

Currently, StitchPop ships only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
